Who I am?
My name is Felipe, and I am a professional industrial engineer with a background in journalism. Both disciplines have shaped me into an insatiable researcher. Over 12 years ago, I embarked on a journey into the realm of nutrition, seeking solutions for my health issues

Almost everything I ate caused discomfort. I felt drained, tired, and bloated. These symptoms affected my student years and were impacting my professional career
Despite consulting numerous doctors and trying various treatments—from pre-meal pills to ozone therapy—none provided lasting relief. One doctor even suggested resignation, claiming that everyone experiences discomfort, bloating, and gas—it was "normal."
During this quest, I transitioned to a vegetarian diet, which improved things slightly but didn't fully alleviate my discomfort. Then I discovered hygienism. I delved into research, watched documentaries, and devoured books. For a year, I studied from various sources, including American and Spanish authors. Armed with knowledge, I realized I needed to put it into practice.
In 2012, I began studying hygienism to become a Hygienic Bionomist. Guided detoxification tailored to my specific needs yielded rapid results: within a week, I noticed changes, and in three weeks, I transformed—I had more energy, no post-lunch drowsiness, and no discomfort. This newfound vitality boosted my productivity at work, earning me recognition and awards.
For over 11 years, I've consistently practiced hygienism. I continue to explore complementary disciplines like self-awareness, ecology, sociology, psychology, and I'm currently a nutrition and dietetics student.
I hope my years of trial and error can save you time, alleviate discomfort, improve your health, and lead to profound well-being. With abundant energy, you can nurture better social relationships, progress professionally, and live a fulfilling life
