El pan higienista debe ser integral y dextrinado. Lo ideal es que sea hecho con masa madre en vez de levadura. Ya hablaremos de este tema en un pr\u00f3ximo post.<\/p><p>En t\u00e9rminos sencillos, el pan dextrinado, es un pan que est\u00e1 cocido completamente. El pan convencional que uno compra en la panadera tiene una miga que es amasable (parece plasticina), s\u00f3lo esta cocida la corteza del pan. Es decir la parte de la miga es almid\u00f3n crudo. este almid\u00f3n es un verdadero engrudo. El <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mejorandomihogar.com\/como-hacer-engrudo\/\">engrudo<\/a> se usa como pegamento para papel mural y se hace a base de agua y harina.<\/p><p>El proceso de dextrinado, consiste en transformar el almid\u00f3n del pan en dextrina, mediante calor seco. La dextrina es un az\u00facar asimilable.<\/p><p><strong>Beneficios del pan dextrinado:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Al poseer menos almid\u00f3n y m\u00e1s dextrina, se hace m\u00e1s tolerables para quienes el pan normal lproduce trastornos digestivos como flatulencias y molestias abdominales.<\/li><li>Este pan al requerir mayor salivaci\u00f3n y masticaci\u00f3n, hace que notemos mayor saciedad y por lo tanto consumamos menos cantidad<\/li><li>El proceso mec\u00e1nico de masticaci\u00f3n, ayuda a fortaleces dientes y enc\u00edas<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>El proceso de dextrinado se hace de la siguiente manera:<\/strong><\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">1.- Cortar el pan en rebanadas lo m\u00e1s delgada posible<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">2.- Calentar el horno previamente por 10 min a 200 \u00b0C<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">3.- Una vez que el horno est\u00e9 caliente, introducir el pan en bandejas y bajar la temperatura del horno a&nbsp; 70 \u00b0C<\/p><p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">4.- Dejar al menos 50 min hasta que el pan quede seco y duro, como una galleta<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-224 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vidahigienista.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/02-pan-dextrinado-300x162.png\" alt=\"pan dextrinado\" width=\"300\" height=\"162\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vidahigienista.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/02-pan-dextrinado-300x162.png 300w, https:\/\/www.vidahigienista.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/02-pan-dextrinado.png 619w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p><p>Se puede remojar con salsa de tomates, caldo de verduras o simplemente agua destilada, al momento de consumirlo.<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-223 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vidahigienista.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/01-pan-dextrinado-300x120.png\" alt=\"Pan higienista\" width=\"300\" height=\"120\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vidahigienista.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/01-pan-dextrinado-300x120.png 300w, https:\/\/www.vidahigienista.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/02\/01-pan-dextrinado.png 619w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Qu\u00e9 es el pan dextrinado y c\u00f3mo se preparaAntes de comenzar debemos mencionar que cuando hablamos -en Higienismo- de pan nos referimos a pan integral.
